Know your blood pressure even when you feel well
High blood pressure often has no obvious symptoms, so measurement matters.
Blood pressure can be high without causing noticeable symptoms. Periodic checks help identify a problem earlier, especially when you have risk factors or have previously had high readings.
A single reading does not always diagnose hypertension. If readings are repeatedly high, arrange a proper clinical review and take your record with you.
